Steven M. Crane, Ph.D., M.B.A., CFO, Human Capital Specialist,

With three decades of success in designing and implementing programs and initiatives by aligning financial management, relationship development, and organizational behavior, my goal is to work with investors, lenders, or grant making entities that have provided capital to small and mid-sized companies..  I bring a humanistic perspective to all my work and strive to create opportunities that strengthen the financial position and sustainability of enterprises and deliver positive social impacts. My expertise can be applied to the front end of evaluation and at the receiving end through advisory and mentoring work with the recipient of the capital or enterprises that are seeking capital.  I know there are some investor groups, non-profits, community based organizations, and foundations that are investing in social enterprises.
